  2. Language Playback: We'll notice the words you use and the language you employ to describe your situation. This can reveal hidden patterns, beliefs, and insights that you may not have been aware of.

  3. Coaching Models: I utilise established coaching models to provide structure and direction to our sessions, ensuring that we cover all relevant aspects of your situation.

  4. Neuroscience Insights: Drawing from the latest research in neuroscience, I can help you understand how your brain functions and how it impacts your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Where I work

I moved to the Norfolk coast in 2021 and like nothing more than in-person beach coaching. There's something about walking that just frees up the thinking! As this isn't always viable, the majority of coaching takes place via Zoom or Teams to accommodate different time zones, as well as locations.
